Gail Clifton Cooluris has been a member of Boyden, Cooluris & Saxe PC since 2000. Ms. Cooluris’ current practice focuses on commercial loan transactions, banking law and related family trust matters, in addition to appellate practice. Before joining the firm, she served for ten years as Principal Attorney to then Presiding Justice Robert K. Puglia of the California Third District Court of Appeal.
Ms. Cooluris received a B.A. in Plan II Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.A. in psychology from California State University, Sacramento, and a J.D. degree from the University of California at Davis. She received American Jurisprudence Awards in Torts and in Family Law and has an extensive professional background as editor of various legal and other publications. She is an active leader in community affairs and provides pro bono legal advice to local non-profit organizations.
Ms. Cooluris has been admitted to the California State Bar and is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
